With regards to the first bulleted point, the AGM will be held on 2 July 2008, Wednesday, after 3pm. The specific time will be released school-wide at a later date.

The CASS AGM is one of the major events that will mark the start of a new club/school.

As mentioned during our (main committee members) clashes before/after your lectures (for year 2s and 3s), this AGM is VERY IMPORTANT and we need to gather AT LEAST 100 CASS students to attend.

If the above’s requirement is not met, we would face the challenge of organising another AGM (chances are, the same people may not turn up), and we may be disqualified from getting an annual budget for our club. Meaning, ALL our activities will have to be paid by the participants and there will be NO amount sponsored by SAA.

These outcomes are really horrid. Hence, we would strongly appeal to everyone to encourage your classmates and friends to attend this AGM.

Attendance will be taken and CCA point(s) will be awarded.
